Privacy policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Jurisprudata, LLC collects when you visit jurisprudata.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Jurisprudata, LLC ("Jurisprudata", "we", "us") operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, your organization if you choose to provide it, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Please do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive information through the form or by email. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, for example which pages are visited and roughly how quickly they load. It does not use cookies or similar storage on your device and does not build a profile of you across websites. Like any web server, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in short-lived logs used for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To read and reply to your message, and to continue a conversation you started.
  • To understand which parts of the site are useful and to keep it fast and working.
  • To protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats.
  • To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating a secure website, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. Our analytics provider, Cloudflare Web Analytics, is cookieless, and our fonts and other assets are served from our own site rather than from third-party services. Because no non-essential cookies are used, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Formspree receives contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
  • Google provides the email account at which we receive and answer messages.
  • Cloudflare provides cookieless website analytics.
  • Our website hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to information transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation, and then delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose or for legal reasons. Analytics data is held in aggregate by Cloudflare under its own retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing; and
  • transfer your information to another service, where technically feasible.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to messages to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
